Our Members

Our membership includes operational PACE organizations as well as PACE organizations currently in development in California.

California‚Äôs existing eleven PACE programs operate 37 PACE Centers and alternative care sites in ethnically diverse, low-income communities.  Each center serves frail seniors with primary medical care, meals, transportation, prescription drugs, home care, hospital care, and when necessary, nursing home care.
CalPACE members serve more than 7,000 frail seniors, however, this number is anticipated to increase as our members continue to expand their programs in their communities.

Each PACE program serves designated zip codes in its service area. A participant must reside within one of the designated zip codes in order to be eligible for the program. For more information on the designated service areas and zip codes for PACE in your area, click on the PACE Program name below.
